Water is an appetite suppressant, drinking it before meals can make you feel fuller, therefore reducing the amount of food you eat.
Drinking water before just one meal per day would cause you to ingest 27,000 fewer calories per year. Do the math: You’d lose about eight pounds per year just from drinking water
For Strength:
According to the USGS, your muscles are made up of 79% water! The more water you have in your muscles, the more energy they can store and use
Plus that extra volume helps them become tighter and more firm

Water also helps keep your plumbing humming by helping waste products move through your body quicker.
When you’re properly hydrated less water is pulled out of the colon leaving more water to get things going.
Helps Prevent Calories
Calcium, phosphorous, fluoride and other minerals contained in saliva repair the enamel surfaces of teeth, keeping them healthy, strong and resistant to cavities,
Regulates Body Temperature
Water takes a longer time to heat up and cool down than bone, skin and organs. More water = more stable body temperature.
